REACH: Field Operations & Outreach Management Platform

REACH is a distributed, mobile-first field-operations management platform designed for door-to-door canvassing, contact logging, and real-time coordinator analytics.

System Architecture

• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Strict permissions dividing access among five tiers: Field Volunteers, Hub Coordinators, Directors, Registration Teams, and Decision Teams.
• Invite-Only Provisioning: Cryptographic invitation token workflows ensuring unauthorized actors cannot view voter or contact rolls.
• Real-Time Dashboards: High-performance analytics displaying coverage percentages, engagement sentiment, and geographic reach.
• Full-Stack Stack: Python 3.11 with FastAPI on the backend, React 18 frontend, and PostgreSQL persistent store.
